This award represents definitive recognition of León and his team’s hard work, which has managed to exceed the demanding criteria of the French guide in just two years since the restaurant first opened. Based on the major successes León has enjoyed at his Aponiente Restaurant for the past 10 years, the Alevante culinary experience is entirely based on fresh, local seafood obeying the zero-kilometre principle.
