The Restaurant boasts a menu based on traditional cuisine with a selection of the freshest ingredients available and some signature touches. In total, Miguel Ángel Román offers as many as 30 dishes for you to enjoy, including specialities such as inverted prawns in batter, mushroom risotto, monkfish with rice and variegated scallops and venison tartare or loin of venison with wine and foie gras.
